1. We will evaluate your riding style, height weight, and component configuration. Every bike we build is custom tuned to your specifications and riding style.
2. During the build process you will be able to watch your bike being built using our live web cam. All custom bike builds are put through extensive preperation to make sure they are assembled perfectly. We will chase the bottom bracket threads, face the headset and bottom bracket and disc tabs, ream the seat tube and check frame for perfect alignment. All builds are signed off by 2 certified mechanics and have gone through a 30 point quality control and functional inspection. Your bike will arrive ready to ride.
3. Now we pack your bike. Every custom bike is wrapped and perfectly packaged. We ship every bike with insurance, tracking and signature required.
