Returns
Beyond Outside, Inc. is proud to announce our Easy Return policy.
No Questions asked! Simply return your item within 30 days of purchase,
unused and in original packaging. That’s it! No hidden charges!
Items returned after the 30 day period will be charged a 15%
restocking fee for exchange or in-store credit only.
Returns are accepted on new, uninstalled and unused products.
Every return must obtain a return authorization number (RA) before
a return can be processed; instructions can be found on the back of your invoice.
At Beyond Outside, Inc we do our absolute best to get your order to
you complete, undamaged, and 100% correct! If a mistake has been made
regarding your purchase, such as an item is missing, or damage has
occurred while being shipped, please observe the following procedure.
We can not except returns on custom built or special order items.
If the item is not what you expected or you are unsatisfied for any reason,
we will do our best to help you.

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package
will be refused.
We can not except returns on custom built or special order items.
If the item is not what you expected or you are unsatisfied for any reason,
we will do our best to accommodate you;

BACKORDERS
We ship most orders complete within 48 hours of your order. But, due
to the many Made-In-USA, high-demand, small-production items we carry,
we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model of an item.
We ship orders complete. If a product is not in stock at the time of
purchase we will hold all purchased products until full order can be
completed. Please feel free to consult a customer service representative
for information on order status.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person
and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need
assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember
to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection.
Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping
company, not Beyond Outside, Inc.
Payment Information:
All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Internet, phone and faxed orders
are not charged until the time of shipment. On custom wheel and bike
builds 50% of purchase price will be held as a deposit. Telephone or
fax orders must be paid by credit card (Master Card, Visa, American
Express or Discover. You will need to include card account number (always
13 or 16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), and cardholders
name. If the credit card bill is received at an address other than
the shipping address, you must include both with your order. Please
allow 7 business days for personal or business checks to clear. Make
checks payable to Beyond Outside, Inc. Return Checks are subject to
a $35 service fee.

are subject to change without notice. Beyond shall be in no way responsible
for the proper use of any merchandise purchased. All mechanical work
should be inspected before riding. Customers are strongly urged to
exercise due caution and observe all appropriate safety measures when
using any and all equipment purchased, including the proper use of
helmets, lights and reflectors. Cycling is dangerous by nature, injury
and death can occur. Beyond Outside,Inc is in no way responsible for
serious injuries or damaged product. |
