International Shipping Help

Calculating Shipping
We ship to most countries of the world. Shipping can be calculated by adding an item or items to your cart. Once you have added the item or items to your cart, click on the Shipping Calculator on the view cart page to enter your address and calculate your shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary by the shipping method you select.

Beyond Bikes International Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about shipping please contact us before you order. The easiest way is to email us or call us at 858-673-8800. In our endeavor to provide those customers who reside outside the United States the best possible service, Beyond Outside, Inc. has developed an International Shipping Policy which establishes regulations for purchasing and shipping through our online web store. We have implemented these guidelines for our protection in order to maintain our competitive prices.

Shipping Guidelines
Delivery times are normally 10-14 business days and may take up to 4 weeks for international shipping. The US Government has recently placed extra measures in monitoring parcels traveling in and out of the United States, and these extra measures will prolong delivery times for overseas countries mainly in clearing customs, delivery time may take an extra 1-2 weeks. All orders are shipped complete unless instructions to back order or cancel back orders are received at the time the order is placed. We will follow up on any order approaching the scheduled due date that will not be able to ship complete. Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive so we can schedule an appropriate ship date. Reply Within 10 Days. After you place your order online, we will confirm your order and shipping costs via E-mail. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your merchandise total.

Cutoff Times
All orders must be placed by 2PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) to be processed the same day. Most orders placed by these cutoff times will be shipped that day, but some circumstances may prevent this.

Weekend Orders
All delivery times listed are measured in Business Days, meaning Monday-Friday. This means, for example, a next-day order placed on Friday should arrive on the following Monday.

We only accept payment in U.S. funds.

Shipping
Carriers - International orders will be shipped via USPS. If you would like a different service, please contact us and we will quote you a price for the service.
Tracking Numbers - You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped giving you the shipping company's web site and the tracking number. That way you can see where your order is anytime you wish!

Customs - Tariffs, Taxes, Duties, Fees
BEYOND BIKES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR OTHER FEES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS WHEN YOUR PACKAGE REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. We are unable to provide you with information about duties, taxes, or other fees that may originate in your country. By placing an order with Beyond Bikes, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping costs. If you choose not to pay for these fees, then you abandon your package and are not entitled to any refund. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon.

Check with your local authorities
Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are ordering is legal to possess. Although we may not be restricted by United States law to export an item, it may still be unlawful for you to import and/or possess these items. As the buyer you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you order from Beyond Bikes . No refunds will be given for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States. If your shipment is confiscated by United States customs, you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. However, once the package leaves the United States, it then becomes your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Beyond Bikes, to either reclaim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for packages confiscated by customs outside the United States. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law. Beyond Bikes makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.

Out-of-stock items
If a product is out of stock, it usually takes 1-3 weeks to receive it. If you need something faster, please call and inquire whether the item is available for an expedited drop ship.

Shortage/Damage
Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 10 business days of delivery. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and call us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. Beyond Bikes is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner.

Order Discrepancies
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.

Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, you must inform Beyond Outside, Inc., preferably the original sales associate, within thirty days of the shipment date for authorization to make arrangements and receive return instructions. All packages must be returned in their original condition and fully insured in order to receive a refund. However, shipping expenses for international returns will not be covered. If items are damaged in transit with improper insurance coverage we will not grant a refund. If a product being returned is properly insured and damaged, a refund will not be issued until after the claim has been settled with the carrier. If you receive a shipment that was damaged in transit, you must inform us within twenty-four hours after you have received said shipment. During this period we recommend you email a digital picture along with your message. We will then contact the carrier for on-site visual inspection of the packaging and equipment. In this instance we will issue you a full credit for the amount of all confirmed damaged equipment. No product returns will be accepted after the warranty period has expired.
