Howitzer XR: heat treated CrMo Howitzer-spline/taper spindle with M12 (crank mount) thread bore and aluminum cups with plastic shell-spacer . Lighter weight version (M15 bolt: larger bore) offered for 51mm chainline (not to be used for DH/Freeride/Extreme riding). Fits 2006+ Holtzfeller and Hussefelt cranksets with Howitzer-specific bottom bracket interface. Dual, oversized 'external-type' sealed cartridge bearing design. English (1.37"x24tpi LH/RH) threads for 68mm and 73mm shell widths (also accomodates E-type or chainguide plate) . Versions for 50/51mm chainline @ 135mm wheel spacing; or 56mm chainline @ 150mm wheel spacing: pitch black 365g (51mm chainline).
